School year coming to an end!

Wow its almost May already!
The School is having their spring program at our church tonight...I hope to get there early tonight...you can NEVER see anything from like 6 -8 rows back sigh...
I am contemplating going to the "TENT" where Gospel Express is set up for their annual auctions...The pig roast is tonight and while it would be GREAT to partake of that yummy food I think maybe we will have to skip it tonight even tho the kids do get out at 1.....we will go tomorrow night and maybe get some left over chicken BBQ...then listen to the different teams sing..,.we missed their celebration tour this spring cuz we all had nasty colds and Brandon had Pnuemonia!

Our school's annual chicken BBQ was last weekend and was a smashing hit again...sadly we ran out of chicken before 11! They had ordered over 380 LB of chicken! They increase it every year and this year was GORGEOUS and we had TONS of walk in sales and we had even added a third location for selling! God is GOOD! We will now be plugging at the HUGE MILLION dollar project to build on to the school to make room for a Special Needs Facility....Ashton won't be needing it for several more years but there are 2 girls at church who also have Down Syndrome as well as a HUGE cry for Christian Eduacation for Special Needs kids here in our area....for now they will be focusing on Down Syndrome but hope to expand the teaching to cover Autism and other handicaps as well...a HUGE undertaking....PRAY that ALL the staff come on board with this and EMBRACE our children too...it IS a huge step for everyone and we as parents have our concerns as well... BUT with GOD ALL things are POSSIBLE! Thank you Jesus!
Ashton just had his HUGE evaluation meeting yesterday morning of which he took FULL advantage abd was a clown...Sure why not FIVE ladies there just to watch ME! He is SOOOO funny...He is growing by leaps and bounds not only in his height but also in concept as well... we watch Signing Time DVD's with him and he has over 30 signs which he regularly uses now. He will be getting speech thereapy here soon which will continue as he transitions to his Pre School in the fall...My baby is turning 3 in August and going to school in Septmeber! Where did the time go?

We have Shannon (14) all set up for High School at Terre Hill this fall...should be fine but there is no bussing and so we need to see who is around here to help with carpooling....I will also be driving Ashton too so my days will be on the road alot....

Marina (13) is Such a bubbly gal who has a million friends it seems like and she is beautiful to boot...that is NOT just my prejududice mommy thing either....I just PRAY she channels herself to where God wants her to be as a young Chrstian lady. She was just baptized her in March and is looking forward to her first Communion on Sunday. We do it twice a year here.

The twins Brandon and Bronson are 10 and living life to the fullest! they are such BIG helpers around here..I only have to mention things ONCE to them and they go do it usually...the other 2 tend to FINISH whatever THEY want or are doing BEFORE they come to help me out...sigh...teenagers huh? I recall VERY clearly trying to get out of work too...

We will be building an addition out the back to make a dining room and a Master bedroom above...now its just a small office and a TINY bedroom for Marina...She has may a 2 ft path in her room and its a L shape...so she got ALL excited when we told them the plans....NO dear daughter...you will get OUR old room (refurbished too of course) which is twice the size of her room now...so we break ground in May and that will be our summer!

We had another GORGEOUS litter of Siberian Huskies of which we could have sold litterally 20 more...we had one back out on us and we posted him on our breeders website and the emails and the calls (cuz I kept forgetting to take him off) were SO heartbreaking...people REALLY get attatched to their animals I guess....

Dale is still kept busy at work...I am so thankful for a faithful hubby who plods day in and day out to NYC to provide for our needs! He keeps me at home and our kids in Private school...I have much to be thankful for...I honestly don't think I could go back to the work forsce after 15 years of not working outside the home! I guess once Ashton is in School full time tho it would eb easier to find part time work then...we will see...the tuition bills of over 10,000 for next year seem LARGE but God is always faithful in providing for us!

Well i need to close this off and please let me know if you are READING these posts or if I should maybe skip this website altogether...i have friends on Xanga, faceboook, Wordpress and here Blogger so I have accouts on ALL of them .... lol
